“Drivers, on outward and return journey were excellent. They were on time, polite and very helpful. Cars were clean and well maintained. All round perfect.”

“Driver didnt turn up for transfer to the airport... even though I had re-confirmed with Mozio and been assured there would not be a problem... Could not get an answer from the driver number... Contacted Mozio immediately and they were not good and did not assist... told to get s taxi and they would refund difference... this meant running in 35'C heat to the main road and having to change money... all very stressful... only just made flight... Customer service are useless and do not answer emails... eventually asked to speak to a manager and was told one would phone within 24 hrs... 9 days later and lots of emails and messages before I got a manager... still waiting for refund... will only pay into a PayPal account which I don't have... and only want to pay a fraction of what it cost me... RIP-off company...”

“We felt like a VIP when our driver picked us up at the airport holding our name up on a sign. The walk from luggage to the vehicle was very short which also also nice. The large vehicle was one step down from a limo. The ride back was equally awesome and on time. When compared to taxi or Uber this was a much better value for the money and with the personalized service you can’t go wrong. We will definitely use Mozio in the future!”

“The first time I used this program to ride a car, both experiences were great, the car was very clean, and the driver was very kind. Even if the language is not spoken, I can feel the service attitude of the driver, which is much better than taking a taxi on the street. Safe and highly recommended!”

“War ein sehr freundlicher Fahrer, hätten noch Zwischenstopp machen können wenn wir gewollt hätten. 2 Tage vor Abreise habe ich die Abholzeit online geändert und es hat alles tiptop geklappt. Sehr empfehlenswert, jederzeit wieder.”

“Easy to book through Opodo, paid online and driver and vehicle turned up on time.Very professional and courteous driver, unfortunately hit major roadworks outside Bangkok which slowed everything down a lot, then driver struggled to find the hotel which was in a small side street and traffic was horrendous so that was understandable. Took longer than advertised but partially down to the roadworks,partially down to the navigation.”
