“I highly recommend to not use this service. I cancelled my reservation that would have been needed in 113 days, 24 hours after booking it. On the website they made it very clear you could cancel at anytime with no additional fees. Well they did NOT make it clear that they would give you a “coupon” and not a full refund. I connected with customer service and all they could give me was a clearly automatic generated response of “We understand this may not have been what you were expecting originally and we apologize for the inconveniences this may cause.” I will do what I can to share this review and experience I had on every site so people are aware and shop around for a better and much more clear service.”

“Bottom Line: Once you book, cash stays in their pockets. You will only receive a credit voucher if you cancel. Even after talking to customer service, no refund will be issued. Background: I booked today, Nov 06 2020, for a shuttle service for Dec 31 2020. I did my homework and made sure that the free cancellation was true. Saw the good reviews, read the company FAQs, then I booked the shuttle service. Few hours later, our plans changed, even though they said Cancellation up to 24 hours prior to service date, they will not issue you a refund, instead they will only issue you credit. I asked for a refund back to my card and they state that the policy says credit only. I checked their website and it is not stated that only credit will be issued.”

“If it would allow, I will give no star at all A Dishonest company. 1) Website states full refund but during this pandemic they are now stating refund in vouchers. They say it states in there terms of service they can change the terms when they see fit. But it also states that they have to inform customers of the change which they never. 2) I booked a transfer with wrong pick up time. They helped me to rebook but charged me twice. When I asked for refund, they only gave me voucher but no actual refund”

“Everything was as expected and very nice, except the following secondary details: 1) a relatively excessive use of SMS in my opinion, travelers usually need this time for a lot of other activities; 2) chauffeur was not waiting holding a sign with my name at the exit door inside the terminal. We should call each other to clarify the actual exit door, finally we met outside the room.”

“My flight has been rescheduled twice due to maintenance problems. I was able to live safely at the destination by responding kindly to the change of schedule and gladly helping with the urgent request. It was the best service and thank you for making me good memories.”

“My flight from Singapore was cancelled, and I needed to reschedule the taxi service. Mozio actually advised me of the flight cancellation before Singapore Air had even let me know. They stayed in contact with me the whole time and the driver made sure to message me, and pick up at the exact time, the following day. No fuss and excellent service”

“We have recently used Mozio 3 times in Sri Lanka and have been very happy. The drivers were all pleasant and punctual. The journeys were good and the prices were excellent. Our final journey to the airport was less than half what the hotel taxi was charging. Very good communications by enail”
