“We have booked true our agent transfer from Athene airport to our Hotel and from our Hotel to the airport. The drivers kept us informed and where they would pick us up. Everthing was well arranged drivers where very kind, and safe drivers. We recommend Mozio for your transfer.”

“I use Mozio a lot because I tavel to many countries, the service is almost always perfect. In the couple of times that we I had problems (due to local drivers for example in Greece) I sent a complaint and was refunded. The last transport I booked was from a hotel in Barcelona to the airport with my wife and a lot of luggage. Some time after booking for 9:30 PM, I requested to make the transfer earlier by one hour and the driver quickly confirmed, arrived on time. Helped with the big luggage. Car was comfortable and clean, smooth drive, arrived well on time to the airport.”

“Cancelled about 3.5 hours before my ride. I was still charged. I was told and shown that the policy is clearly stated you must cancel 6 hours prior. This is an insufficient policy. Also the driver showed up anyway as he texted me when he had arrived. I was not in the area at the time which is why I cancelled.”

“Our hotel was tricky to get to due to road closure but he arrive with plenty of time to spare. Our driver, Afaq, was friendly and professional. He was also an excellent driver. I have used Mozio numerous times in multiple countries and have never been disappointed.”

“This was a stress free ride from and back to the airport. The drivers were very familiar with the routes that we were talking to avoid heavy traffic. I will definitely use Mozio for any trips, when available.”

“I rev'd my 7:30am transfer confirmation the day before my pickup. Strike one! On the morning of departure from Dar es Salaam, the driver didn't show up, and the emergency contact was entirely confused about the scheduled transfer. The end result was we were picked up an hour later, missed the flight to Nairobi, and had to book a new flight. Although the company was contacted to postpone my original arrival and advised of my new arrival time, no one was at the airport to pick us up in Nairobi. Strike two! Customer Service reimbursed me for the two missed transfers, but a week later determined that the original pickup time (that Mozio and their transport vendor agreed to) wasn't the typical 3-hour lead time for departures, so they weren't responsible for reimbursing me for the missed flight. I'm done w/ Mozio!”

“I had no difficulty making a reservation through Mozio, and I completed it in just a few steps. However, the reservation system has too many companies, which was quite confusing. There are a lot of vehicle options, and they all look almost identical. If I were an undecided customer, I would have left your website and might have had to use another platform. I have been traveling to Turkey for years, and most companies offer almost the same service. However, I have tried many non-Turkish companies and was never satisfied with them. I use the same Turkish company on almost every trip, and I am very happy with their service. Their service quality is excellent, and their drivers are very helpful. Ali Tour is the best!”

“Vehicle was nice and clean. Driver was on time and even early. He was wonderful with my little kids and even played children songs which were a HIT with the kiddos! So grateful for a positive experience. I will DEFINITELY be booking again! Thank you!”

“We need see Mozio for several transfers for eight people in Barcelona between the hotel and cruise port. Courteous drivers. It was a bit crowded due to luggage but we managed. They did well meeting all timeframes for six or seven separate transfers. Thank you.”
