“From Istanbul airport SAW) to my hotel in Sultanahmet, Got a text from their office with the name of the taxidriver that would pick me up, also the message that he speaks English. Really nice "cause hardly anyone speaks ENglish in Turkey, Driver would be in Arrival hall with my name on a paper. Nobody was there and it was extremely busy !!. After searching inside the arrivals with no success i went outside. Finally i found a boy and a girl and they could bring me to the driver. This is bad service ! No sign with their Logo, no sign with my name. The driver did not speak English. It was a nice man and a clean car. He found my hotel and dropped me off. The price is the same as a standaard "meter" taxi. The drive back 15 minutes too late, but in time for my flight! a big car. smooth drive !”

“The workers were very professional and helpful. As soon as my plane landed I received a text via whatsapp explaining where I could locate one of the workers and also a picture of my name on the sign he would be holding. They also mentioned the color shirt they would be wearing along with a picture so it was very easy to locate them. Once I found the worker, he introduced himself and confirmed that he had the right person as well as walking me to the driver. Very amazing service.”

“Left us stranded for an hour and a half in a foreign country. The workers there did not wear Mozio shirts. They didn’t have our name on their sign. We had a baby who needed a diaper change and nurse. Our hotel was 15 mins away and our but it took us 2 plus hours from the time we landed to the time we finally got to our hotel. I rarely write bad reviews but I wanted to help others out there who might consider using them. When I asked for our money back the company refunded us back $11 of our prepaid $105 cost.”

“I reserved a driver in Santorini, June 22. Our flight was cancelled and we were not able to get to Greece. I emailed immediately to tell the company not to send their drive. They sent me back an email telling me my flight was not cancelled. There may have been a language barrier, but if not, I felt offended they practically told me I was lying about my flight being cancelled. I sent another email with my flight number and details so they could look it up and see it was cancelled. We drove home and continued cancelling bookings and rearranging our trip. I received a call the next day from the driver wondering where I was. HOW RUDE of this company to send the driver out to get us when we called the day before to tell them we weren't coming. I believe they may have let the driver go get us to make sure they got half their money. I apologized to the driver and told him his company, specifically JOHN, knew we weren't coming and that was horrible they let/made him drive out anyway. We received $25 back from our $60 reservation (return was refunded). Don't use this company. I feel sorry for the driver and next time, it will be cheaper to use a taxi from the airport anyway. (they charged $60 round trip for less than 10K trip) - not happy”

“Punctuality, professionalism and patience of the driver. On arrival he waited for me though I delayed due to airport checks. On departure he came for me at 15 minutes to time. He also knows how to handle visitors. He doesn't tire on answering many questions”

“Rogerio was in communication throughout, timely in his arrivals, and excellent in driving and help with bags. Also, he sent detailed directions, with video, to direct me from deplaning to curbside pickup. Double thumbs up!”

“I travel often and usually with no less than 4 people up to 14 . Mizio is the VERY FIRST professional ,friendly, punctual, ride service I'd ever experienced. The car/van is always superb in cleanliness. The drivers are experienced and very professional. I will only use this service for all of my travel needs and my family. 😊”
