“It was my first and last time I ever purchased anything form this company. The item I received was not as presented and described online, I provided very obvious photo evidence in various e-mail exchanges, but customer services decided to ignore it and rather than behave reasonably and simply refund postage and cost of the item, they have ignored my claim and stopped responding (total cost of the item £8.30!!). so if you are looking for a nice and safe buying experience, stay away from MP Homewares.”

This was ordered on Saturday 16th and posted out Royal Mail 24 on Monday 18th & delivered on the 25th. The 18th & 19th were the hottest days on record, this caused delays with some Royal Mail deliveries throughout the Uk, our dept in Crawley closed at 12 pm on these days. I explain this to you each time when you phoned up, I gave you the tracking number & emailed over part of the Manifest showing when this was posted. If you look at the delivery label on your item you will see that it states 24H not standard delivery.

“Item supplied to fit standard toilet and it doesn’t, have asked to return but they haven’t agreed to take back and refund because I have opened it. But how would you know it doesn’t fit without.”

“So I ordered a white bwthròm bin and instead received a bird kitchen roll holder so a bit disappointed. Luckily the contact details were on the invoice so I contacted the recipient to arrange exchange.”

“I order a wenko telescopic squeegie and received a soap dispenser. I then emailed to point out the error but did not get a reply. I made a telephone call and was told that replacement would be sent. I have not yet received it.”
