“I have written a review once, but I have no indication it was sent. I wrote that we have had a Roper Rhodes toilet seat for 10 to 12 years and it still looks like your picture, but we were disappointed with our recent purchase because it is very open grain and it isn't an exaggeration to say rough in places. I think I can now attach a photo that shows that due the open grain more lime is evident than we had on the previous one, or expected.”

“Delivery fast and product ok but bolts to fix the toilet seat were missing. I emailed and then phoned still waiting for the bolts without them the seat is useless and as a guesthouse re opening after lockdown a major inconvenience :(”
