“I have bought and sold with MPB and was happy until now. Now, I cannot trust MPB and would never deal with them again. I sent in a camera body, charger and battery based on the quote they gave me. The transaction number is tx-us-8404827. This morning I received an email saying they were reducing the quote because they claimed the battery and charger were not included. THEY WERE INCLUDED. Both were packed together in a plastic bag. Their online customer service was unable to resolve this.
I spoke to someone at MPB who said I was lying and the battery and charger were not in the box. He also said a supervisor would call me when it fit into their schedule. MPB has no concept of customer service and cannot be trusted.”
