“Easy to use. They pick up or collect from a store. Deliver to your house if part exchange. You'll always lose money in a part ex but that's business and it takes the hassle out of trying to sell.”

“The process is so easy, what you see is what you get, the prices are extremely competitive, if you are trading in its really easy, you get a quote pack whatever you are trading in pack it up securely and DPD come and pick it up and a few days later your new piece of kit is on its way to you again by DPD and they give you a delivery time.”

“Quick shipping! I got exactly what I was looking for quickly and the items were packed well and arrived safely. The only downside that I think the company could improve upon is making sure the lenses are clean before shipping. Both products I ordered had smears and debris on the lenses, but they did not have actual scratches and they seem to work just fine.”

“I'm updating on Saturday April 2, 2022:
I received my order Thursday around 2pm EST.
The reason that the order was held up was because my apartment number was not on the same line as the address, and I put the apartment number in the address 2, so it did not match the billing address on my card for payment and this could only be corrected by phone due to security reasons, I really appreciate that. I was able to contact MPB by phone at 1:40pm and the problem for the delayed shipping was corrected and they also waived the express shipping fee. I would give them 4.5 stars for the quick action, and I received my order the next day. My camera and charger were wrapped like they were glass eggs, lol. I would definitely order again from MPB.”
