I would love to get more money for my gear, which is my main gripe, but otherwise the interactions with MPB associates have been great. I've only had to return/exchange one item I purchased due to some cracking on the camera body, which were somewhat visible on some of the photos and I didn't not catch; however, I was easily able to contact MPB, explain my issues with the item, and exchange it!”
“Quick shipping! I got exactly what I was looking for quickly and the items were packed well and arrived safely. The only downside that I think the company could improve upon is making sure the lenses are clean before shipping. Both products I ordered had smears and debris on the lenses, but they did not have actual scratches and they seem to work just fine.”

I received my order Thursday around 2pm EST.
The reason that the order was held up was because my apartment number was not on the same line as the address, and I put the apartment number in the address 2, so it did not match the billing address on my card for payment and this could only be corrected by phone due to security reasons, I really appreciate that. I was able to contact MPB by phone at 1:40pm and the problem for the delayed shipping was corrected and they also waived the express shipping fee. I would give them 4.5 stars for the quick action, and I received my order the next day. My camera and charger were wrapped like they were glass eggs, lol. I would definitely order again from MPB.”
