“Brook was exceptional at assisting me with the difficulty with UPS shipping costs. If you don't correct the shipping estimates soon you will be losing sales. I enjoy the kitchen products but hesitate on ordering in the future due to shipping costs.”

“I love the rubber cutting board I ordered from you. However, as I figured it is really big and I dont need it that size unless I'm preparing lots of stuff for the holidays. Do you have something that's about 8x12" rubber? I would be very interested. Thank you for the great rubber cutting board. Mat G.”

“I love your products this is my second order and i found some containers lid are flat each package i find at least 4 or 5 lids.. its B 2. Trying to order soon but how do I request to those lids prevent from getting damaged. Or if i have alots damaged do we have refunded or reimbursed it? Thanks!”

“over all I think it is a cheap product. However the blade is good. I do not like he fact that there is no kick stand, but i love the action it produces. Good Julianne and other cuts. The blade is sharp enough that I wear protective gloves. So, not the French one I had for 30+years, but a good product. (Quite frankly, I dont have another 30 yrs left!0”
