“Shipping took way to long~ 15 days. no way shipping should take that long for domestic. E-commerce isn't in it's infancy anymore, it should be a quick and smooth process by now.”

“I didn’t put the review for the product itself, because I didn’t liked it and returned it eventually, but overall customer service and customer satisfaction is so poor, the unclarity about the shipping price eventually make me to pay more than $30 for returning that, set aside the extra amount that I paid them to ship it to me in the first place! That’s awful and was my first and last time that I purchased something from them.”

“I would love to write a glowing review if I ever received this product. However UPS claims to have delivered it and MTC Kitchen has not let me know what they plan to do about. Have not received product and have not received a replacement nor have I been offered a refund. Someone is benefiting from the sales but, it’s at the customer’s expense.”
