“I ordered a big hamper along with some prepped pots, received the prep pots but not the meat hamper. I spent £130 with muscle foods and I’m really disappointed. I got an email from dpd to say my order cannot be delivered and had to contact muscle foods to sort this. I got in touch and they resent the order but nearly a week later, I didn’t do my normal monthly shop due to ordering from MF so was left without and food in and had to end up going shopping anyways where I had to spend more money. I received my order today and there’s missing items? I give up I have never had a problem before now. I haven’t even been offered any form of compensation from MF I will not be ordering again”

“I have had numerous deliveries and the meats are always excellent quality. When the useless courier DPD dumped an opened box on my door and I informed Muscle Food they replaced it , no questions asked within days. The service is second to none and the meats excellent”

“Never received my food. Th only Way to contact is via email which takes at least 24 hours between each email. £70 down. No food. Awful service”

“Meat has been really good quality, definitely worth the money, had a mishap with the delivery but that was down to DpD and not MF, the MF customer service were really helpful and quick to respond”

“I was a little shocked at such a massive box when it could of come in 1/2 the size. also my son and i did have a laugh at the size of the packets, in the ad it states can feed 4 people, yes if you weigh 1/2 stone. if you are a big eater - forget it. if you are planning on dieting then go for it. i will be making comparisons with the supermarkets to see if it is actually worth the money. not sure about the packaging everything seems a bit squashed. once we've cooked the first meal, i will update. 1st impressions not sure.”
