“I ordered this as a birthday present for my son so he hasn't tasted any of it yet. My only gripe is that the delivery was left on the doorstep without the doorbell being rung. So my daughter in law (who was at home) was unaware that it had arrived until I rang her to ask if it had. Fortunately, it was still there, but it could easily have been pinched, so not very happy about that.”

“As a new customer I placed a decent order into MF which I paid for, unfortunately my card was declined! Why I do not know as there are always funds in there, MF emailed me to say the order was cancelled and did so 2 days later in my junk folder, when having a further conversation with MF they stated they would not honour the order. Having had my own business I found this alarming that this was their customer service ! (Wonder if the CEO knows this?)”

“Delivery as expected well packaged as some items already in 2 portions🎉Everything looks so fresh and as I had ordered freezer bags I was able to put chicken breasts and steak into portions quickly and easily. I cooked the chicken burgers on Saturday night for 2 of my Grandchildren. Their comments were “‘so tasty and very filling” Highly recommend🎉”

“I don’t know if this is a Musclefood issue or DPD, but we asked for our parcel to be left with neighbours if we wernt in, instead, the delivery man let himself in the back garden and left it outside, it rained very hard that day so the box was destroyed, but he also left the back gate open, so when my partner got home and let the dogs out one escaped, running on to a main road, as the back gate is never opened and you can only open it from the inside, so the delivery guy must have leant over to do it. Have tried contacting DPD but just go around in circles. Not happy at all.”

“This was my first order and unfortunately I was disappointed. When it arrived one of the bags had leaked meat juices over the entire order. I had to wash everything before I could put it away. Online it also said the order would include bags to seperate the larger bagged meats into portions but there was nothing? It didn’t make a very good first impression and made the whole thing feel a bit ‘thrown’ together with little care. Such a shame as I can’t fault the produce itself. The meat has been wonderful but the experience has really put me off ordering again.”
