“Good quality meat. But portion sizes for steak and mince were small. Chicken breasts were good size.”

“The produce is always fresh, reasonably priced and good quality - better quality than the supermarkets. My only grumble concerning my recent delivery is that the box was very damp, open and damaged. However, this was cosmetic as the contents were packed well and in very good condition”

“Great price and choice of meat, happy with the items. Delivery driver delivered to the wrong address (DPD fault not musclefood) and the parcel was left outside for 6 hours, luckily the ice packs seem to have kept the meat cold enough!”

“They claimed I hadn't paid, I proved I had order on again. I waited in all day, no delivery. Contacted them and was told that I hadn't paid. I proved I had with Lloyds and PayPal and the msg from the previous staff member. I was offered a £45 voucher on my next order(I had wasted a whole day waiting in, this is derisory). I refused the offer as I have no faith that the order would arrive!”

“Both the Bags of chicken were open covering everything else with chicken juice. Chicken breasts large but rest looks tiny and certainly one portion of the flavoured chicken wouldn’t feed one adult male but I’ll see about the rest as vacuumed packed there could be more than it looks 🤷‍♀️”

“Good quality products, good value for money. Delivered on time. However the box was open (bashed at one top corner) and the tape at the top had become unstuck. Nothing was missing but I felt the packaging could have been more robust - especially as it was chilled food.”
