“I received my order, unfortunately order was incomplete as one part was out of stock. The way i found out was a sticker inside box informing me about it and they would refund me the difference. I would have preferred to be told earlier and had a replacement instead.”

“Have just purchased our 3rd meat hamper and have been impressed each time. Great price, quality and delivery. They contain certain items we wouldn?t ordinarily buy, such as the marinaded chicken, but found everything really tasty.”

“I received my order and one of the products were open, and I contacted Customer Service and they corrected the issue. Why does the vacuum chicken packs smells so bad when opening them?”

“Got the BBQ meat pack . Nicely packaged in ice packs . Surprised by how much meat it contained . Steakburgers were absolutely delicious . Haven't tried the rest yet .”

“Made a order, was easy and great selection and good prices, recieved in 2 days in big box with extra ice packs inside with all products in great condition, so far all the meat has been great tasting better than big supermarket at a better price delievered to your door. Will be returning customer for sure”

“Chicken breasts great as always, rib eye steaks not so good - far too much inedible gristle. I don't mean the fat, I love the taste of the fat, it's why we buy rib eyes, but these were such poor cuts of meat, large parts were truly inedible. The chicken breasts were as great as ever though, large and tasty, not pumped full of water like many supermarket ones. Will probably just order chicken going forward.”
