“Food is good but some products not delivered due to being out of stock/unavilable and not notified about it until it was already out for delivery. Instead of replacing the items a refund is to be issued for missing products, but the point of using a food delivery service was to save going to the shops and buying the meals myself!”

“Had a problem with our Christmas order within 30 minutes of my email . They had sorted problem and sent new order all in time for our Christmas . Great customer service a lot more companies could learn a lot from them . Many thanks hope all your staff had a wonderful Christmas.”

“Amazing service I received for my Christmas hamper. Was advised by DPD on 21st Dec my order had not left the depot and was being returned. I contacted customer service and within a couple of hours they had advised something went wrong at the depot and they arranged for a new hamper to be delivered on 23rd Dec. Once I received my order, it not only had the 2 meat joints in but it had stuffing balls, pigs in blankets, sausagemeat and stuffing slabs. We always buy our Christmas meat from here as it tastes great and is well worth the money.”

“The chicken is always grand and steak great we have never faltered anything from Musclefood. My father had 6 butchers shops in South London area for many years and as kids we used to go to Smithfield market twice a week at 3 am with him to choose the meat and the quality of meat at Musclefood is equivalent to what his was ******…SUPERB…******* It is a great shame that Dad isn’t alive to taste it!!!!”

“Muscle food was great! I got what I ordered it was a little confusing as I got simply then best but only the meat.. when I went to check out everything with that bundle it was different but apart from that good. But DPD delivered downstairs so I didn?t know my parcel had been delivered till 6 hours later but thanks to muscle food that was fine as they ice pack your meat :)”

“Very small portions. 200gm of mince beef dosent even make a decent cottage pie for two people. Pictures look like you are getting g twice the amount. Steaks were full of gristle. Packs of chicken pieces in bbq sauce were only enough for one person unles bulked out with lots of veg/rice.”

“Food is great delivery is always awful boxes are always bashed and damaged and there is always one item open. As I said the food is always great quality just a shame about how it arrives.”
