“The meat has been great so far however, some of the chicken packs had split caused a very messy and time consuming as we had to transfer to other packaging before freezing.”

“Customer service is not good. I arranged a delivery date when I would be at home - they changed the date without consultation - I would not be at home and emailed to advise them - no response whatsoever and they delivered it anyway. The box was left on my doorstep - in the sun all day - the box and the internal plastic bag had been opened and one of the bags of chicken was split so had to be thrown away. Never again.”

“All food received was fine , the problem is they leave items out of the hamper deals. They refund you an amount which is less than half the value of the product if bought separately, the the “deal” you have isnt that great of a deal.”

“Prompt delivery and very well packages. Good quality and quantity. Something for all the family. I am big into my gym and protein. My son is a swimmer but also a fussy eater but loves steak and meatballs. My husband will eat anything going.”

“Received my order late. Both the box and the bag were open when I received it. The hamper I ordered was ment to come with separate freezer bags it to separate the meat into but didn't receive them. Wouldn't usually complain but when ordering food you expect it to come in a sealed container.”
