“Poor customer service and delivered a box and charged me when I had cancelled the subscription”

“Would have been 5* if the meat had longer shelf life and was delivered more fresh the ice packs were nearly water, but on hindsight the steaks are good meat is lean and tastes good, get chicken tonight Spanish style add muscle foods piri piri seasoned chicken mix both after a slight grill on a foreman I.e chicken then cook rice season to your taste and bish bash bosh thank me later lol I will be ordering again just on a weekday so it comes proper fresh”

“Love the products, excellent quality at a reasonable price. Would really love it however if they did more joints of meat as we have to shop else where for those. The service is brilliant the delivery times are also fantastic. Would recommend them to everyone”

“We are an elderly couple and we always get our meat from Muscle food. We can always be sure of fresh low-fat foods from the humble sausage to joints of beef, pork, basically everything we but is fresh lean produce. We trust Muscle food for the best of everything. We recommend Muscle food completely.”

“I have used Musclefood quite a few times now and also had a few boxes delivered to my Grandaughter who likes the food as much as i do. Super quality. Love the Beefburgers and Sausages in particular. I like to build my own box really useful as i like Chicken. Please give the company a try it takes the hassle out of buying your Meat products and delivered to your door. Excellent.”

“My last lot of food was not good, the morning snacks were reimbursed to me, which totally wrecked the weeks food, most of the micro pots were not what I ordered, there was 2 chicken tikka pots that had no tikka in them, just plain rice & veg. I will not be ordering again, I didn’t eat 3/4 of the food as I didn’t like the replacement pots.”

“Easy to order I went fir a £50 make your own hamper choice was good. But that's where it ends as I never recieved my box and when queried all I got was "parcel had been delivered to arranged address" sorry to say it hadn't.”

“Does it take out the stress of working out calories? Yes, Does it make it easier to eat healthier? Yes. However what it does well in terms of health and time benefits the overall quality is somewhat lacking, the products (when they are available) are great and the flavours delightful. But more often than not you only have a limited selection or to find something is missing from your order. Secondly it doesn't appear you can pair with someone else living at your address, in this instance my wife, so there is a double delivery charge. Overall, the food is 4.5/5 but the customer service is lagging behind.”

“I ordered the sirloin steaks as a present for my carniferous sons and they told me the steaks were excellent. Really tasty and tender. The delivery date and time was spot on.”

“Have now made my second order with MuscleFood. First order couldn't fault it, arrived on time, everything was in the box as it should be, food is great! Second order however, one pack of chicken breasts that had a hole in the packaging leaked out all in the box, the bottom of the outside box was soaked, and it also leaked all over the other food (some of which I had to throw away) and sticking packaging together. Kitchen smelt rotten sorting it out. Unknown reason chicken was open could have happened in transit to be fair and still happy with all the food, luckily it was delivered on time so managed to save most of it.”

“Never received food, then it was going to take a further week to get replaced. I prefer chatting to human not bots. Will never shop again with you, after all being a loyal customer for 10+yes and spending hundreds of £s I expect a human.. Disgusting customer care. Courier/DPD kept changing time for delivery to.. very frustrating. You have lots a great customer, goodbye.”

“Every thing was easy to order and I'm sure Muscle Food delivery to DPD was great. Unfortunately can't say the same for DPD who decided to deliver it seven hours after they were supposed to on a day that hit 32 °C. So unfortunately a lot of the ice gel packaging they used had melted. Also it looked like the box had been thrown everywhere.”
