“The prices are very good, hampers are excellent and you can make so many meals with them.delivery is quick and on time and drivers are happy and cheerful, all in all an all round excellent service.”

“Always get my delivery on time but the quality can be hit-or-miss. Had a couple instances of bad chicken and then they offer discounts to apologise, but getting the discount code from them as promised is like blood from a stone. The "hampers" they advertise as being free when you buy something else are a good (ish) deal, but I don't understand how they get away with pretending they're giving them away for free. Do the maths.”

“Found ordering very simple. Was kept up to date when delivery was due. The meat came in a well packed chilled box. All the meat was fresh and very lean and once cooked was flavoursome too. Have ordered a couple of times and although don't order every month, will continue to use Muscle Food.”

“The meat is great quality and I had rather good success with their diet plan, my only complaint would be their constant emails about offers that they have which aren't really offers. It would be better if they emailed you less often and gave genuine offers when they did contact their customers”

“Price and delivery is fine, quality control is not, sharp bones in chicken to start, two orders in a row, both with customer services not being bothered sending generic emails on how it was an isolated instance that shouldn't have passed suppliers quality control. They really need to learn what isolated means, definitely not one after the other.”

“The hampers I get are always high quality and you get your monies worth. There are very few items that I don’t like but there’s always someone in the house who does so it doesn’t go to waste. The customer service is always on point, I’ve only had 2 problems which was solved very quickly, one was a leak in one of the items which I reported and got a replacement with a gift card in a few days and the other was delivery which when contacted Musclefood traced my package and sorted the problem out for me.”

“Quick and easy to order, the web page is bright and full of information. Lots of special offers. Quick delivery service and always packed well and ice packed. My sons are trainers so always measure and require lean meat which this is perfect. And I am always dieting so the lean meat is perfect and also the pots that tell you everything from calories to protein content. Will always come back. Keep up the good work.”
