“I have my order on repeat for the chicken. I absolutely love it. The pieces are really large and taste wonderful, you had eat them naturally or spiced lush. Would definitely recommend.”

“I've had exactly the same problem as others. Items swapped, nothing like what I ordered and customer services are impossible to communicate with. Like others, when it came as ordered it was good, but it's not worth the risk in my opinion. Does anybody want a dozen vegan pizzas...? Because I didn't either, but I've got them!”

“not to happy that the site does not have a live telephone link for when you have issues, the company DPD where responsible for the issues with the non- delivery, the delivery was due on the 28th of Nov and never materialised and received a text in the evening to say that the order would be delivered the following day the 29th, and again that evening to receive a text to say that the order had been destroyed, and to contact Muscle foods, this had meant that i had stayed at home for two days awaiting a delivery that never materialised, i tried on numerous occasions to contact the company on the 30th until 31st with no luck until the i received a Facebook message on the 1st December stating that the delivery company were to blame and that the order would be replaced, this was a little inconvenient as i had arranged a family get together in which this order was the main event, if there was a live phone number available for these type of issues this situation could have been dealt far quicker, I also found it hard to believe that the muscle foods did not have the details of my order, when they had all my details and where using these to create and send the delivery using these details, surely the company keeps details of all orders and expected dates of delivery.”

“I?ve ordered from Muscle Food for a few years now, the quality of the meat is amazing, especially the chicken, I?ll never go back to buying supermarket chicken. Prices are great for what you get. The orders always come pretty quickly and with a really good courier too. Had an issue with my recent order which was disposed of by the courier due to a logistics issue, I contacted muscle food regarding this and they were very apologetic and very helpful, I spoke with Joshua who got me a new order sorted pretty quickly given how busy they must be, especially at this time of year. Anyone looking for excellent quality meat products and healthy snacks etc I highly recommend muscle food!”

“Butcher quality meat at better than supermarket prices! Also really helps you to fix your spend on the monthly food bill and help you stay organised to meet your nutritional goals. Not sure why I stopped shopping with them, but I won't be making that mistake again!”

“Musclefood all good, but DPD left my delivery in full view of the street in full sun on my front doorstep. I always have it delivered to my garage if I?m not in. Luckily neighbour noticed it and rang me and I had to leave my elderly mum unattended while I drove 10miles home to get it out of the sun. I have let them know.”

“There needs to be a more varied menu for the prepped meals. Remove the mushroom and cherry tomatoes. The latest Spanish brunch is a big disappointment, I currently have 10 melas a week but will be looking elsewhere should good new meals not be added.”
