“I tried muscle food through Herons Food and quite enjoyed, so prompt me to order a box. Delivery was quick and liked the reusable freezer bags. All the food I've tried so far have been great, especially enjoy the pizzas (wouldn't think they were under 500kcals). Overall had a good experience with my first purchase and will potentially me looking into their weight loss meal plans in the future.”

“Had an order come and the box was all beaten up and torn open, so I got in contact with muscle food and they happily sent a whole new order. That's how your meant to treat your customers, I would recommend muscle food to anyone anyday of the week..”

“The parcel was warm when it arrived. Bit worried about using the contents. Don't think I'll bother getting it again . I'm sure the portions used in the photos are much larger than the ones you get too.”

“I'm sure the chicken I ordered would have been very nice but when you leave instructions to leave INSIDE the porch and it get left outside the porch on one of the hottest days of the year for 5 hours , I wasn't prepared to try eating it . I understand this is the fault of the delivery firm and not muscle food. So I cannot give a true account of my experience of the food .”

“Great quality and price. Website is easy to navigate and orders actioned quickly. The only thing I'd like to change is the cost of delivery; I paid ?5.99 for standard, which soon adds a chunk onto your final price, but to be honest, I think most places are like that nowadays.”
