“Regular updates from ordering to delivery. Goods arrived within stated time slot and well packaged. Contents were as expected - good quality meats. The surprise pack even contained salmon so well worth the money.”

“I feel the standard of the food has dropped in recent years. I?m 99% sure the Heritage Rump Steaks I received were wrongly packaged and were actually the much poorer quality Flat Iron steaks”

“We ordered a ?75 Make Your Own Box. Everything was fantastic aside from the fact one of my packs of steak had turned grey/green. The rest of the packs of meat were all fine, so may have been a tiny hole in the package before it went in the box. Overall though, FANTASTIC value for money, and the chicken breasts are huge!”

“Always buy my egg whites from here and add a few hash steaks to get free delivery for ?75.they seemed to sorted the egg whites leaking ??.went through a period where one or 2 leaked and what a mess.”

“The quality if the food is fantastic I have nothing but praises for the quality, variety and flavours of all the meals I recieve. However I do have some criticisms. The amount of packaging that comes in the meal kits is insane. So much single use plastic packaging which is a such a shame considering the state the world is in, you would have though there would be a better way around this. I have also had several delivery issues. This isn't so much Musclefoods fault, rather the courier they choose to use which is DPD. More often than not, deliveries are late, or just not made at all which in turn compromises the food which requires refrigeration. That being said, musclefood does always make amends and sends another box if needs be, free of charge if there is an issue with shipping.”

“Placed my first (and now last) order which was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Tracking unavailable, 2 hour text alert unavailable and box was never delivered. My account says it was delivered and asks me to review the product. Emailed customer services to receive a response at 859pm that my delivery should be with me by 9pm the same day. Of course it failed to miraculously arrive in that 60second window. Followed it up today but have had no response. No idea what is going on. If it isn't ever going to be delivered I want a refund.”
