“I needed to return due to the wrong size. After waiting quite some time for them to get back to me, I was refused, and their customer service was very rude. I would highly not recommend shopping My Cozy Boots.”

“My order only took a couple of days to be fulfilled. Tracking was available so one could see the progress to delivery. Additionally, the price was right. I would certainly do business with My Cozy Boots in the future.”

“We are daily wearers of Ugg boots for many years. The boots were purchased in November, opened at Christmas and worn inside our home over the last 3 days. The quality is noticeably inferior to our many existing pair, thinner in lining and outer layer, showing signs of visible wear. Requesting a return, MyCozyBoots declined stating their return policy is 14 days (of purchase) and unused. We are suspect of the boots from this vendor and recommend purchasing elsewhere.”

“I placed an order for the holidays which I received on November 30th. The size was too large and the company wouldn't let me exchange it. I can't believe they wouldn't extend the exchange policy during the holidays. I won't do business with them again!”

“The product arrived as described but when the gift didn’t fit and I went to iissye and exchange on 12/26/22, the day after it was given, and found out there is only a 14 day return / exchange policy. The email sent was returned almost immediately and they agreed to exchange them for another size. There is a $20 fee for the flat fee which is outrageous. I only recommend buying here if you know the exact size of what you want and not purchase a gift.”

Hello Melissa, There is NO FEE to exchange the boots. The customer does pay return shipping on returns and exchanges and we simply offer to purchase a return label from us at a discounted commercial rate of $20. However, as our return instructions clearly say, the customer is most welcome to purchase a label directly from USPS, UPS or FedEx at their standard shipping rates.
