“The order was supposedly delivered but we never received it and the person that they were given to doesn’t even exist. We’ve tried calling and texting and emailing My Cozy Boots for days to discuss a refund since I bought package protection and can’t get in touch with them at all. The boots were a gift for my granddaughter and I can’t afford to by another pair. Learned a lesson - read all reviews before ordering. If I had done that I wouldn’t have ordered them in the first place.”

“I order a size 9 and y’all sent me a size 8. When I reported it your company didn’t apologize or offer me a discount. You just responded with a return ticket. It’s terrible that you don’t even care about your customers. It was my daughter’s big ticket gift for her bday and she cried because they were the wrong size. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOUR COMPANY AGAIN!”

“I love these boots because if the fur lining in the bottom of boots. My feet always got cold in the rai. With my Hunter Rain Boots. Please they are mid calf which fits perfectly”

“The shoes came in great condition, I can tell they were new. I don't keep my boxes anyways so it worked out perfect saved a little money for the same exact thing I would of got from the Ugg store itself”
