“Received my UGG Mondri boots extremely fast. I was beyond impressed and excited. These boots are amazingly beautiful! I’m normally a size 8.5 but got the size 9 which worked out perfectly giving me comfort. I would highly recommend MyCozyBoots. Even their quick response to a question that I had prior to buying the shoes was awesome. Please don’t hesitate to purchase anything from them. Great customer service all around!”

“Boots are wonderful but had to return them since they sent size 2 when I needed an eight. Return policy very difficult and had to pay$15.00 shipping cost and was told there could be 30% restocking fee as well. Returned them 2 days ago but still have not heard anything. Very poor customer service if u ask me.”
