“After some strange confusion, USPS delivered my UGG boots. I was excited to put them on just to find that a small chunk of sheep fur is missing from the top front section on the left boot’s furry part. I love the boots otherwise, very cute. But it looks like a chunk was eaten by moth, somehow ripped out or it’s just a defect. I am bummed because it’s in the visible area on the front and it’s just a white bald spot, I keep brushing the fur around it over to cover it up. I guess it is to be expected from an outlet store? Not very happy with the purchase at all.”
