“I am very disappointed how my Cozy boots have not responded to my request to exchange my boots. I attempted several different times to contact the merchant with no response!”

Hello Regina, Your return request was submitted on May 16th and approved promptly. An email notification was sent, as well as return instructions. As of today, June 15th, we have not received an item back, nor did we get return tracking information from you.
