“I e written to the company on different platforms they provide to simply exchange a brand new pair of Ugg’s for a larger size, since a couple days, from day of delivery. Only today, which is 17 days past, am I receiving a response telling me I’m past the 14 days, along with sarcasm and rudeness in the response email. I emailed screenshot proof of a 2nd email sent June 25th (today is July 6), along with screenshots of messenger messages, that never received a response. I followed the website instructions of how to contact them. I emails and I Messenger’s, which is what contact me on the site lead to. Whoever is responding to me is rude and sarcastic and not saying their name when I ask.”

I am sorry you feel this way. Our return policy is clearly listed on our website https://mcozyboots.com/pages/returns-and-exchanges, as well as on every product page with detailed step by step instructions on how to properly open a return request, so it can be processed. It is the responsibility of the customer to open a return within the return policy period. Emailing and sending Facebook messages, unfortunately, is not the way to get RMA. Our social media team is completely independent of the Returns department, and cannot process a return request. We appreciate your understanding.

“Fast shipping, had the shoes I saw in Macy’s but couldn’t find them anywhere. Shopping experience was easy online and the shoes I bought fit perfectly. Now I’m being asked to leave a review for a $10 credit which is pretty awesome. Thank you My Cozy Boots!”

“I have tried to return the ugg shows I purchased five times. Two days ago an email said they will be getting in touch with me. I’ve written daily. They have a 14 day return policy but you must edit for a return authorization. I cannot believe they are so difficult to reach. Not a great way to do business.”

“There return policy stated 30days however after 14days they didnt honor the return. Emailed this company 4times and never got a respond. I will never order from them again.”

“Love the Ugg boots. I had ordered them online at another store but after they took my payment and over a week went by they notified me the boots were no longer available. I went searching for another pair online and found them here at My Cozy Boots. Not only did My Cozy Boots ship them super fast but they were a better price. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.”
