“The shoes were beautiful but... There were a couple snags on both boots and a small sticky residue that wont come off, also a perfume smell. Seemed liked these were worn before.”

“My Uggs are the most comfortable ever. I was so excited when they arrived. They are true to size the fit is a bit narrow in width but we all know that will give on any mocassians. Other than that I give them Five Stars oh my strings were dry rotted so I took them out”

Our return policy is clearly listed on our website https://mcozyboots.com/pages/returns-and-exchanges, as well as on every product page with detailed step by step instructions on how to properly open a return request, so it can be processed. It is the responsibility of the customer to open a return within the return policy period. Emailing and sending Facebook messages, unfortunately, is not the way to get RMA. Our social media team is completely independent of the Returns department, and cannot process a return request. We appreciate your understanding.
