“I would not trust buying from MyCozyBoots. I bought a pair of Ugg Women’s gloves. The websites said the gloves are new with tags. I received used gloves with no tags. The company allowed me to return them, however I had to pay for shipping. When I emailed them to cover the shipping, they never responded. After I sent back the gloves , knowing the company received the return from the tracking number, they did not refund me my money. When I emailed them about the return, I never received a response. I had do get my credit card company involved.”

“Ordered the wrong size boot, sent an email minutes later. Took them 3 weeks to reply after numerous attempts to reach out to them. Their return window is 2 weeks. Pretty convenient, huh? I’d avoid this poorly run company at all costs. The couple extra dollars savings is not worth the potential of being stuck with something that doesn’t fit.”

“I ordered these boots for my Sadie Christmas. She absolutely loves them. She looked everywhere for them and this is the only place we could find them. The shipping was very fast.”

“Ordered a pair of boots for a Christmas gift. They did not go onto recipient’s foot even though they were the correct size. I do not live near the recipient so it took me a week to get them back from her to return but due to the 2 week return window I was unable to replace the gift. Would not shop here again.”
