“Ordered a pair of hard to find UGGS for a Christmas present. Originally shipping was expected to arrive the 1st week of January. Much to my surprise, the order arrived a couple days after Christmas, well wrapped and in Great shape! Great Service!”

“I bought a pair of boots for my wife around two weeks before Christmas and then after Christmas when she tried them on and noticed that they were the wrong size I got on your website and noticed that you had a refund policy of 14 days which I never wanted a refund so after looking for a way to contact you and noticing it was only by email I sent you guys an email asking if there was a way I could exchange them because I did not want my money back my wife loved the boots we were just a half a size too small, after waiting for five days on a response from you guys All I got was please refer to a refund and exchange policy. Are you kidding me? I guess there’s no such thing as taking care of the customer anymore now we’re stuck with a pair of $180 UGG boots that don’t even fit and cannot get in touch with anyone with this company about doing a simple exchange I would never and will never buy from this place again and will spread the word on how terrible the customer service is”

Hello Joshua, We apologize for the delayed response. As per our return policy, we indeed accept returns within 14 days of package delivery. However, we try to do everything possible to keep our customers happy and if a replacement is available, we are happy to offer an exchange even past the return window.

“My order arrived very quickly. The Ugg boots I ordered were as promised new and in the Ugg box. I did have questions about the authenticity of the boots. Customer service was excellent and they responded in a timely manner. and verified the authenticity of my Ugg boots. I would purchase again from My Cozy Boots.”
