“Lie my new boot”

“I ordered Ugg classic minus. They came with the box that the label was half ripped, the bottom of one boot was cut and the inside tags were marked with red marker. After examination with other uggs, the cards were completely different and therefore they are fake. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING. They did not email me back about this matter .”

“I had a lovely pair of Ugg Zodiac boots that were losing a bit of sparkle (4 years old and otherwise holding up beautifully). My Cozy Boots offered 4 colors and 2 styles in my size at a GREAT price. I ordered several pairs. All were delivered quickly and were EXACTLY as discribed .. fit beautifully, and were as beautiful as my first pair. VERY much appreciate the service!”

“I’ve tried to get assistance returning my item via email and left messages. The return system is very bad. You should supply a packing slip with instructions on how to return your items if needed. As a customer I shouldn’t have to figure this out. I would definitely not recommend this site to anyone. When reading reviews, no one has had a positive experience with a return. You need to better this process!!”
