“I have no problem with the products offered or the service in ordering. I've given such a low rating because of their terrible return policy. I had ordered a slipper (without a box) in an 8, which was too large. Upon processing the return I learned that they didn't have a smaller size without a box, and I would have to pay extra for the smaller size with a box. You have to pay for shipping, but can't use their box (they don't want tape or writing on the box) or else you'd pay a 50% restocking charge. Although they had originally shipped me a box when I didn't order one, I had no idea if I'd have to pay the charge. You also have to return the product within 5 days. It felt like jumping through hoops. That was my first and last time ordering from this company.”

I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our return policy. Just to clarify for you and other customers, we do not allow tape or shipping labels or other objects on the ORIGINAL product box when sending a return as that makes the product non-resellable in a new condition. You are always welcome to reuse the SHIPPING box. And yes, we do have a specified return window to ensure that products are returned in a timely manner and that is a reasonable policy in line with industry standards. We also do not/cannot guarantee that a specific item will be available a replacement due to fast turnaround of goods and popularity of certain products. When an exchange is not available, the customer can choose between a refund or store credit.
