“My grandfather passed away suddenly he was a World War II and Korea Navy veteran. We looked everywhere for his dog tags and could not find them. Hi Donn, Please email us directly at support@mydogtag.com and let us know the differences between what you ordered and what you were expecting to get. Our dog tags are the same as issued currently by the US military. Depending on when you served, where your original tags were issued, and who made them there can be differences in the formatting of information as well as in the thickness of the tags. We are always looking for ways to improve our products to better serve veterans and their families.
