“The two sets that I have received of my dog tags where great. Nice job guys the only thing that could be better is the holes for the chains should be rounded or finished a little better but other than that this tags are great and just like military issued. Thanks again. Waiting for other set with laser engraving will follow up when received.”

Thank you Don for your feedback. We are always looking for ways to improve our products for veterans and their families. The thickness of dog tags and the metal alloys used have varied over time and by manufacturer. Notched dog tags have not officially been made since 1967 and modern manufacturers use the same metal stock as current military regulations which call for thinner metal. Please feel free to email us with any more comments on how we can improve the product for you.

“Dog tags came out perfectly. Shipping was fast considering the company is in Canada. However, in the spirit of transparency, the foreign exchange fee should be mentioned at checkout.”

Hi Lawrence, Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately a few US banks unethically charge a tiny foreign transaction fee (~23 cents) for purchases made outside of the USA (including the 51st state aka Canada). We ourselves do not charge this fee or receive the funds. In any case, we can certainly refund the difference or given a discount on a future order.
