You can easily shorten the ball chain to your desired length by cutting it with some basic wire cutters.

“I have to say that the tags themselves are well made and silencers stay put around the tag. the only negative thing I have to say about them is the chain clasp doesn't hold ever well lost one dog tag and one med tag.”

“Tags arrived quickly and were just as promised. Looked exactly the way they did on the proof. I voiced an issue with the regs in my state, and was contacted immediately by customer service to address the issue. I would buy these tags again.”

“I give a 4 as the first phone call the man was rude and hung up on me. I had to call back. Got a great guy. Though I asked for typical WWII Navy cord I got modern dog tag chain. But the tags are very good. And authentic looking.”

Hi Priscilla, Thanks for your feedback and for sharing the photos. Your original phone call was dropped when our VOIP phone line disconnected by accident, sorry for that. According to your order proof image you did order ballchains with your tags, but cotton cords are indeed available.
