“My serial number is totally wrong. My number was RA11652205 but the new tags read RA1-16-5220. Totally wrong. Going in the garbage.”

Hi Jay, we take great pride in showing EXACTLY what your Dogtags will look like along every step of the design process on our website. You would have seen a preview of your tags on the Generator page, in the shopping cart, and in the proof email. Please refer to the proof image that was emailed to you after you placed your order, that tags that you received should match it if exactly, if they do not we will certainly replace your tags for free.

“I have ordered from MyDogtag.com several times and have NEVER been disappointed. They are fast, ethical, easy to deal with and the prices are extremely reasonable. I use their tags ti identify medical devices, luggage, puppy tags and, as a veteran, to duplicate my military tags. If I ever need tags, this is the ONLY place I buy them.”

“My son got his dog tags and he was very happy said they were great and then later he came down and he showed me what we thought was a mistake on the tags. There was a (.L) after the blood type and only one of the tags... So I did a little research before I emailed you and I realized that the mistake was on our end I'm not sure if it was him or myself... Other than that the tags are outstanding... It bothers him a little bit but it's driving me insane.”

“I got mine for my partner for our roleplay and hes extremely happy with them and so am I and I'm not entirely sure if this was on purpose or a mistake but I got a double sided tag and I ended up getting two additional tags that were just single sided witch I like and appreciate if it was on purpose”
