“A typo occurred on the original order I promptly sent an email through their website support team trying to correct this and never got a response. Now months later I’m being told that I can’t receive a refund or a replacement. Don’t waste your time with this company.”

“Good people to work with fast friendly service. The guys didn't know I had a brain injury and had a few mistakes with me giving wrong address and such. But not once did anyone say anything but professionalism. My tags.turned out better than my original CND tags. I thought the laser would look ugly and not what I was after. Bit it really impressed me. So I bought a pair for my brother, to have a set for himself and feel more inclusive. Because not many dudes can say they rock tags on a daily. Love to all service people and front line people.”

“I wear my dog tags to convey medical information to whomever need it. So as my prescriptions change over the years, my tag info has to change. I have had nothing but cooperation from My Dog Tag over the years. The tags arrive in a few day, always correct as I fill out the application. First class outfit!”
