“Initially upset because I received 2 sets of dog tags without the long and short ballchains. I had copies of my late father's tags made up. He served in the Army from '67 to '69 during Vietnam. I wanted a set to give to my brother and my nephew (who is in the Army). I emailed customer service and they immediately responded apologizing for the mixup. Within a day or two they shipped out the missing ballchains along with another set of dog tags and chains. Extremely pleased with the tags and with customer service.”

“My teenage son is a huge fan of fps video games, so I got him a set of tags as a fantasy Christmas gift. We adopted him just a few months ago, so when he saw his new last name on the tags his jaw dropped, and he's hardly taken them off since. The mydogtag site was very good with a huge selection--so huge that I actually missed the exact item I was looking for and went with the closest thing, but when I provided some feedback, their customer service responded within less than an hour and not only showed me where I could find what I wanted, but also changed my order even though it was outside the cutoff window. Absolute first-rate company!”

“I received my tags with a correct recceipt the problem is the tags are not correct. Blood type is O+ tag only reads O.”

“Even though they guarantee delivery, I have not received my order. I spoke with an agent and was advised it was at main post office per tracking information. The agent also advised me if I provide an alternate address they will mail one that day and should receive in 4 days. The main post office said they haven't ever received the order and appears to be a postal. scam. I have not received the order at my primary address or the alternate provided.”

Hi Thomas, We GUARANTEE delivery. All orders are shipped with USPS tracking. USPS shows that your package was delivered on Dec 23. We would be happy to resend your order to a different address that you would need to provide in writing.

“My dad passed away recently. He has 6 grandchildren and only 1 dog tag. I ordered one for each grandson and they are thrilled to have them. There is a slight difference from the original if you have them side by side. All of the grandsons are super happy to have a keepsake of their grandpa. A great big thank you to My Dog Tag.
