“I’m a M*A*S*H nerd so when I heard that Alan Alda was auctioning off his dog tags that he wore all 11 seasons I did some research. I had no idea that his tags didn’t read “Benjamin F Pierce”. He wore two dog tags from Korean War GIs: Hersie Davenport and Morris D. Levine. I knew there was no way I could afford the original ones for my MASH collection (they sold for $125,000, along with the boots Alda wore all 11 seasons) so I researched places I could have replicas made and found https://www.mydogtag.com/. I sent them pictures of the dog tags and about $20 a one week later I had my replicas. They are now hanging from an obscure piece I have hanging on my office wall. Hi David, thank you for your review and your military service. On our modern military dog tag templates the DoDID field has a max capacity of 10 characters. As you put in hyphens the last character was never entered into the form as the field capacity was already used up. We have emailed you directly to get you a set of tags that include the missing number.

“Looks authentic , even the fact that one was stamped cock-eyed. I assume the real government issue tags are stamped at an angle because government cannot get anything right. The special forces black looks good and will be featured on the cover on my next mystery novel, on sale in bookstores and Amazon in February.”

“Insanely fast shipping for no reason, very pleased with quality and accuracy of the tag. I feel a very strong power that comes off my tag, one that gives me courage and strength to overcome all this dark world has to offer, my confidence has significantly gone up and I swear I’ve grown an inch. My skin has cleared and my senses are as sharp as they’ve ever been, I can now hear kilometres away and see miles out with great detail. When I’m out in the blazing heat the last thought now is that I could maybe give up. My chin stays high and I can now conquer anything, there is no mission I can’t complete, no mountain that stands to high, no valley I wouldn’t traverse. I do all this now with my lifeline around my neck as a symbol of hope. A hope that is found but earned with gruelling pain. My suffering has now ended, I am now fulfilled and my tag never comes off.”
