Hi Allan, it seems that you did not actually choose the (free) silencers with your tags. Please see your proof image for confirmation. Please send us an email and we would be happy to send you some for free.

“Many beautiful and accurate. they are just like the original ones but it's a shame about the shipment to Italy which took a long time to arrive but otherwise everything is ok”

“I never thought I would be able to replace my original tags. Searching the net proved that many companies do not produce what would be considered comparable to originals. However, MyDogTag is one company that produces exactly what they say. I couldn't be more pleased with the tags.
