“BAD SERVICE, THEY DOUBLE BILL YOU AND THEN THEY DON'T GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK. THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.”

Hi Mariane, It is impossible for us to double bill our customers, since the checkout process is completely controlled by the customer and we do not have access to customer credit card information since the transaction takes place securely between our payment processor (Stripe.com or PayPal) and your bank. Looking at your order it appears that you may have accidentally added a second set of dogtags to your shopping cart.
