“Sandeep Singh was absolutely great. My problem was solved. He was very patient, polite, had the knowledge to assist solving the problem. Sandeep has great listening skills which is very important as well. Had a great experience communicating with Sandeep as he worked on solving the problem. Am very happy with the service received. He is a great technician.”
