“Sunita, You were a VERY PROFESSIONAL technician, who made my experience with you EASY and PLEASANT. Enjoyed your expert assistance and the fact that it was four in the morning in India, was a surprise because you were very alert and willing to deal with myself and my daughter so kudos to you for being so helpful. When I call in again I hope I get you to help me. Thanks again, my computer works perfectly.”
