“Shikha Dubey was extremely knowledgeable and helpful to me. She did a thorough job cleaning my PC. I had quite a few files, which took a lot of time to delete, but Shika patiently took care of my PC problems like a true professional. She also gave me helpful suggestions for protecting my PC. Kuddos to Shika for job well done!”

“I had a bad virus and called My Phone Support immediately. The technician Mohit Bahuguna took a lot of time to fix the problem, and increase the security going forward. He provided good advice for what to do in the future. Very professional!”

“Amritpal Singh was very professional and understood the problem I was having with the browser freezing. It is working now and hopefully will continue. He placed a "calling card" icon on the desktop in case I have further problems. Thanks for the support.”
