“Aditi Parvan--Service was great. The problem was resolved to my complete satisfaction. She showed very good technical knowledge. In addition, she was very pleasant to work with. It was obvious that I did not have good technical knowledge myself. She worked through that without me feeling embarrassed.”

“Rohan Raj Singh was very helpful and patient when helping me. I was able to establish another account with his help. When I had questions he was very patient to answer my questions so that I would understand how important keeping good records of passwords and pin numbers.
