“My experience with Shika Dubey was excellent I have a very difficult time hearing on the phone and have to ask persons to repeat constantly, she was very patient throught the process and corrected the problem”

“Another firm had contacted me and told me that I had many viriuses on my system, so I got concerned and contacted you guys again. The Technician cleaned up and fine tuned my system and made me feel a lot better. I was very pleased”

“I was very please with Sharad work, his professionalism, and patience. Even though it was 6.5 to 7 hour call he got both my computers working to my satisfaction. He even had to call Epson support and we talked to both Patrick and Grace who were not able to help with the issues and yet Sharad finally figured it out and got it work. Patrick from Epson was very rude and would not listen to the problem, Sharad handled very professionally when I was ready to jump through the phone and ring Patrick neck. I would have Sharad work on my system again in the future. Thank you Sharad good job.”

“Always receive a quick response to monthly clean-up of my laptop, always very courteous and polite technician, excellent care in just 35 minutes this time....which may mean I did not "pick up" any foreign "agents" in the past month in usage. :) Have a nice day, everyone! Take care, be safe. ;)”

“I had marvelous support from Atul Kumar on my first issue and later, from Harjodh Singh on a later arising issue. Both were very courteous and helpful. Harjodh had to do a lot of complex work in deleting and reinstalling two important programs on my computer and did so in a magnificent manner. Their attitudes, politeness, and superb computer expertise make me very happy to have My Phone Support as a resource for my computer needs. Thanks to all and thanks to My Phone Support for following through for your customers.”
