“Narender seemed to clean out the cache and junk from my computer. I just hope it stays that way. I just wish for next time agents would be more quick and fast-responding. I found myself waiting for a while before progress ensued. That's all. Other than that, thanks.”

“My Phone Support always does a good job of cleaning up my computer and helping me with any problems I have had. I am so pleased to have a chat box to accompany the work that is being done, and to be able to watch what is happening. I have just renewed for two more years and feel that the money is well worth not having to drag my computer out to a company every time I have a problem. Thank you all for your wonderful service. “I worked with your technician named Amritpal Singh for over an hour last evening, and he was very helpful and understanding of me and my technical problems. I highly recommend him for future work of this kind. My only issue was his command of the English language, mostly due to his (I think) Indian accent - his pronunciation of English words could use some polishing. Other than that, I was very satisfied with his assistance. Well done!”

“I had some problems with my computer and the printer and fax, Ms. Parvan Abidi was extremely helpful and had patience with me. I am really very happy with the company Technical phone support. They did wonderful job for me yesterday to remove a very bad virus that affected my computer, and also today. I got in both days an assistance of Ms. Parvan, and she was just terrific.”

“I called because I kept losing my Internet connection. I bought the one support plan at $249. After the tech spent an hour on my computer and declaring the issue solved we were done. 20 minutes late I started losing my connection again. Is this a scam?”
