“my phone support was amazing. the person helping me answered all my questions and helped to fix all my issues on my computer. we had one problem that took awhile to solve, but he never gave up. I feel truly blessed to have my phone support.”

“Satyander is very well acquainted with repairing computers. Cortana is not working for me; she does not hear my voice nor does she respond. Satyander worked diligently and Cortana was speaking when we ended our lengthy session. Now that I am working on the computer, Cortana once again is deaf and mute. :(”
