“Thank goodness for patience, these folks have it. While I am not always sure to get what I want, they work to understand your objective and get you there. A great resource, they have helped me many times and tune ups help avoid issues created with wifi and travel!”

“I spoke to Anu Sharma on Tuesday morning, May 12, 2015. I explained my problem to her and she rectified this problem in an efficient, professional and courteous manner. She then performed a number of operations in order to clean my computer thoroughly, and before ending the session, she made sure that I had no other issues which needed to be addressed. Should I have any problems in the future, I will be sure to ask for her. She was wonderful!”

“The technicians were excellent! the first tech got my assessment of the problems and then the second tech picked that up and immediately went to work. This is my second time using the service for computer tuneup and other issues. This time I had a nasty pop up that tried to take over my internet explorer page. They got to the heart of the problem, were polite and professional, kept me alerted to what was happening, and made sure to ask if I had any additional issues. Since I did not have to be on the phone the entire time, and could communicate within a text box, this was more efficient for me. We needed about two? hours to solve the issues and they stayed with it for the entire time. I am very pleased with the results. Thank you.”
