“Rohit Joshi did a very efficient job is correcting the problem I was having with the computer. He kept me informed as to what he was doing, told me when I could leave the computer and called me by phone when my input was needed. While I find the cost for My Phone Support expensive, for someone on a fixed income, I'm satisfied with the service. Today's called was especially quick and easy. Rohit was patient in dealing with someone who doesn't understand a lot of the technical aspects of the computer.”

“Amshu Jaiswal did an absolutely outstanding job in helping to solve a seemingly easy problem where my printer no longer printed wirelessly. Prior to working with Amshu, I had worked with another company for 4 hours last evening. Eventually, they hung up, leaving me feeling like I was a bother to them despite having paid an initial fee. It was NOT a good experience. Today, I was helped by two people before Amshu, each of whom did their very best, but could not solve the problem. Three hours later, Amshu was handed my problem. The difference relative to the previous company, I believe, is that he listened to my story (despite numerous boring details), asked important questions, and regularly checked with me about what we were doing. Unlike prior efforts, he didn't go far off in directions that had already been tried. Rather, he did check out previous efforts and realized they wouldn't work and was able to get back on track with staying focused on the unique problem my situation presented. Nevertheless, he had to do a very long procedure, which he did methodically, keeping me informed, all the way. He like others in this company, was very respectful, but also, direct, quick thinking and felt like a life-saver as I had already lost a day of work and have 2 days worth left to do tonight and tomorrow. I so appreciate his intellect, professionalism, capacity to persevere, and humility. Even though it still took a few more hours once he did his diagnostic work-up, I gradually developed confidence that HE might actually be the one to solve my problem. Having a PhD myself, of course I felt completely embarrassed by my own technological limitations (i.e, ignorance)! Nevertheless, he never made me feel like my questions were as ignorant as they felt to me! Overall, I highly recommend him (except if I need him!!) and particularly his company for hiring such a wonderfully capable, and knowledgeable person. Thanks again for great work. “The technician conducted the monthly computer clean-up and then tackled my problem of the screen dimming. He tried a number of things and it didn't fix the problem. Then he went online to look at what people had said about problems with my computer and actually uninstalled and reinstalled a driver that needed to be done. Everything worked fine after that. I was very satisfied in that he didn't give up, even though he didn't know exactly what to do. He took the trouble to go on the internet and look up this problem on my computer.”
