“I am very pleased with the phone support I received today from Microsoft. My computer was not accessible at all without the help of the technicians. They repair my profile, cleaned the computer and fixed my sound issue. Thank you”

“Satyam Sharma gave excellent service. He took care of all my problems. in addition he was able to help me obtain a warranty for all 3 of my devices ( desktop and two laptops). He was going to service one laptop but because I didn't know remember the password he set me up with courtesy home visit. I must add that the initial tech gave excellent service as well. I am very happy!”

“I had work done byphone support the other day. After a few days some erratic behavior started. I contacted phone support, but my plan had expired. Narender patel graciously spoke to a supervisor and got permission to fix the problems. Thanks”
