“I've always been able to depend on My Phone Support for helping with computer issues. One time the technicians--more that one--spent four or more hours on a particular issue, but they kept at it until it was fixed. I can call any time of the day or night and I've got someone to help me.”

“I had several problems and the computer needed to be completely restored. Satyam was very patient with me and was extremely helpful. When restored, he helped me get all the programs installed and working correctly. He connected me with my e-mail service. I was very satisfied. Satyam Sharma was my technician.”

“Tech very helpful. The only reason I did not score the session a "5" is because of communication issues. I was repeatedly asked if the technician could work on my computer, giving me the impression he was just initiating the work, when in hindsight, I believe he was asking additional permissions as the work was in progress. I adjusted my style and answered as closely to as I was being asked.”

“I had several issues going on with my computer, some I had lived with for months. Aman Kumar Chauhan walked through each issue with me and resolved each one. I was very pleased. The only thing I didn't like was, his dialect was hard to understand and he spoke quite softly, and too fast. I end up saying, "what? what did you say?" repeatedly and frequently. He probably got tired of hearing it. When I call My Phone Support, my priorities are: 1. to get the problem fixed and, 2. it be done in a timely manner, 45 min. or less. Tonight went fairly quickly but this is the second time we spoke concerning the main issue of installing Flash Player (or in this case, opening up the filters). We spent an hour on the phone the day before, and he couldn't fix the issue. He was courteous enough however, that he called back this evening and seemed to know exactly what to do to fix the issu, leaving us time to tackle other issues. Thank you Aman!”
